Accelerating the launch of the first digital bank in a Caribbean country

As part of its commitment to delivering innovative, customer-centric financial services, the company engaged McKinsey to define the business strategy and design the application architecture for its digital bank. Once this phase was completed, it needed a qualified technology partner to support the development and evolution of its digital wallet.

We were brought in to quickly assemble a multidisciplinary team of developers, QA specialists, and IT Operations professionals to work alongside the client's team and other vendors in implementing the defined architecture. The backend was built with Node.js and a layered microservices architecture, the frontend with React Native, quality assurance using tools such as Karate, DSL, and Postman, and DevOps on AWS with GitHub.
